Movement 1

This movement will tighten the front of the thigh.

Then bend your knees one by one and return the legs to their original position. Keep your knees in a parallel position and feel the front of your thighs tighten.

Repeat this movement 10 times for each leg.

It is important to note, in the initial position (legs straightened up), knees in the position as straight as possible, not bending.

Movement 2

This movement will tighten the thighs of the back, front, knees, and abdomen.

This exercise exercise consists of 2 parts.

First part: Keep your body lying in the starting position, lift your legs up, pull your toes toward your body. Keep your knees together and bend one by one. It is important to remember, the toes should still point toward the body and heels towards the buttocks.

Repeat this movement 10 times for each leg.

Second part: Keep lying down as before, lift your leg up and bend your knees slightly. Make a swinging motion of both feet, lift your buttocks, and let the upper part of the foot lift.

Perform this movement 20 times.

If you feel that the muscles in the back of your legs are firing and are slightly burned, this is a sign that you are doing the right moves.

Movement 3


This movement will tighten the inside of the thighs, buttocks, and abdomen.


The trick, still lying down like the starting position, lift your legs up then cross. Let both legs tense and press on each other. bend your knees to the side to make a "plie" motion and then return to its original position.

The legs should always be in a tense position and press against each other.

Repeat the movement 10 times with the right foot on top and 10 times with the left foot on top.

If you feel the pressure on the legs and knees remain in control, a sign that you have made the right movements.
